Launching Product OS
Over the years, I’ve seen product teams struggle with the same recurring challenges. Today, I’m excited to share a new product I’ve been working on to solve them: Product OS.
The Pain Points
Discovery is often the first thing to get dropped when the roadmap falls behind. When teams do try to structure it, the work gets scattered across tools that were never built to hold it:
- Spreadsheets that go stale the day after the workshop.
- Miro boards nobody revisits once the sticky notes are placed.
- Slide decks that argue for a bet with days of synthesis buried behind them.
- Interview notes trapped in a disconnected doc.
The core problem isn’t a lack of ideas—it’s a lack of structure to validate them and connect customer insights to actual bets.
The Product
Product OS gives that discovery work one place to live. It’s a single, connected flow from customer insight to validated bet that your whole team can edit together.
Instead of jumping between disparate canvases and backlogs, Product OS connects the two: opportunity-solution-tree thinking that you can actually run, with your team in it.
- Opportunity Trees: Connect your mission and metrics down to opportunities, bets, and experiments. Every card links back to the one above it.
- Opportunity Scoring: Rank by frequency, reach, and pain so the loudest voice stops winning.
- Canvas & Specs: Real-time whiteboards and product specs for capturing interviews and feedback.
- 40+ Test Library: Curated assumption tests by phase and evidence strength so you can pick the cheapest test that still changes your mind.
How It Works
From a blank page to a validated bet in four moves:
- Set your foundation: Add your ICP and mission. Spin up an isolated workspace per product, team, or client.
- Gather the signal: Run interviews and collect feedback. Highlight what matters and turn it into reusable insights.
- Map the opportunities: Build the tree—opportunities scored, bets framed, hypotheses sharpened—on the canvas, with your team.
- Validate the bets: Pick a test from the library, run it, and log the evidence. Move on what’s proven, not what’s loudest.

I built this for teams that are tired of restarting discovery from a blank page every quarter.
